If you have been injured at work, our law firm provides a total package of legal services to get you the maximum benefits you deserve. In all cases, we coordinate a package of benefits for you to get you everything you are entitled to receive under the law. We also handle remedies for wrongs in the workplace, such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Immigrant Workers A large number of immigrants from Mexico and other Latin American countries come to Iowa to find work in our meat packing plants. Unfortunately, many immigrants are injured on the job through unsafe work conditions. Employers often use scare tactics to keep immigrants from pursuing compensation for their work injuries. For example, some employers may threaten to send the worker home or retaliate against a worker if he or she files a workers' compensation claim. We have handled numerous cases of injuries to immigrant workers, and we work to ensure that workers' compensation laws are applied fairly to protect all workers who suffer workplace injuries.

Our office is able to schedule evening appointments and appointments on Saturday mornings for the convenience of working people and their families. Our office is regularly open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
